Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual career assessments to identify client interests, and career goals within the logistics and supply chain sectors.

• Advise on jobs available, resume writing, and professional development.

• Connect job seekers with training and certification programs (e.g., OSHA, Health & Safety, Leadership & Business Skills, and Mental Health, etc.) relevant to careers in logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, training providers, and industry associations to align opportunities with workforce needs.

• Facilitate group workshops and webinars on career pathways, soft skills, and technical competencies.

• Stay informed on labor market trends, emerging technologies, and workforce needs across logistics, transportation, and supply chain disciplines.

Qualifications Required:

• Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

 

What We Offer:

• 60% | 40% Split (Managers | Partners Earn 40%)

• First Yearly Potential Earning: $56,766 - $315,936

Transparent Partnership & Working Relationship | Selection Based on Performance

At TranMazon Staffing, we believe in building strong, transparent partnerships with our Virtual Staffing Managers or Partners. That’s why we offer a straightforward Selection Process based on Performance.

Selection Requirement: You are REQUIRED to post one (1) job and maintain a minimum of one (1) job posting monthly. You will be offered a one (1) year Independent Contractor Agreement (1099). Renewal yearly based on performance.
