We are looking for a few Freight Broker Coaches (FBC), as a Freight Broker Coach, you will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, providing new brokers guidance and also assisting with the training program as needed. You will assist with improving the effectiveness and success of our freight broker trainees. You will market our jobs available, training program and agency program to job seekers and career seekers and assist them with identifying what services and programs are best for them.

Freight Broker Coach will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the overall selection process.  As an FBC you know about both the roles open in our company and the specific needs of individual job seekers. You will work with individuals via phone, email, text, video, or a combination.

 

Additional Information:

• Remote | Virtual Position

• $25 Hourly | Paid Weekly

• Monthly Performance Pay

• Four (4) Hours Daily Schedule

Important Note: Freight Broker Coach working Part-Time or Flex-Time Earning Potential: $1,000 – $1,500 Weekly
